Snack: Spinach stuffed shells with turkey tomato sauce
Lunch: A slice of homemade pumpkin chocolate chip bread and a built bar
Snack: Triple berry protein shake
Dinner: Italian chicken with green beans and roasted tomatoes over couscous2 -
breakfast 1/2 thomas everything bagel with 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup of strawberry kiwi juice and one cup coffee with creamer
lunch
1 aldi brioche bun
1 tsp miracle whip
3slices very thin turkey breast about 2 ounces
Ate one green onion. I picked the last three last night before frost
one tiny green pepper and some chives also picked fresh last night
spinach leaves
1 bag pop chips barbecue ( good try them 100 calories a bag)

Breakfast - oatmeal w/ peanut butter & mixed berry preserves, coffee.
Lunch - veggie sausage & mushroom omelet, coffee.
Dinner - tamale casserole w/ lots of zucchini & black beans, dollop of sour cream & guacamole on top. Diet cola. Snack - a few raspberries, chocolate chips & mini marshmallows, cherry blossom tea.
