 Success: I dropped from my MAX GW 184 to 180.4 I blame my High was me taking my grandson out for pizza! LoL I blame my High was me taking my grandson out for pizza! LoL
 Back to Normal.
 Struggle: Gearing up for surgery 11/7 for pinched nerve. Nervous for recovery but looking forward To walking better and easier to get around.13

            I'm trying to have a focused November so I can feel better about a few relaxed higher calorie day in December guilt-free.
 Learning in maintenance that weight can go up a bit if I'm prepared make the adjustments to go down.
 I had higher calories in October due to the end of marathon training carb-loading and post-marathon runger.

 Success/struggles: feeling good and back to the gym! Getting the personal trainer to get started was the best thing I could have done ( thanks again for that amazing advice!). I’m on my own now and feeling confident enough to mix up some of the plans she had me doing and feeling accomplished when I walk out of there.

 Successes/struggles of the week: I moved house on October 22nd. I realized the day I moved in that the fridge that came with the house didn’t work. That was a complete surprise as the fridge was working during my first walk through and during the home inspection, too. Such is the luck of it.
 Without a fridge/freezer though, I’ve been suffering without a meal prep routine to keep me on track. Too much easy access to good food in Philadelphia! Fridge should be delivered today. I am looking forward to being able to establish a routine again.
 Next week I will be in Spain on vacation with my sister, so I guess the actual routine will start November 15th. Hold me to it, forum friends! November 15th is D-Day! Back to routine 100%.

 Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: My weight was up for most of this week, but dropped back down to comfortably mid-range today. Trying not to stress out about it too much as I know it is just normal water weight fluctuations, though it is still sometimes frustrating to see a number on the higher end.7

 Struggles/successes: Stayed fairly on track this week. Not managed to get to as many yoga classes as I would have liked but work has been completely crazy. Still figuring out if I’m quite where I want to be weight-wise. It’s feeling like quite a lot of work to maintain in this colder weather and I’m technically pretty low by BMI. But also aware that there is my birthday and Christmas coming up and I would rather have a bit of wriggle room! 😉

 Success/Struggles: Still trending down weight-wise even though I'd like to gain back a couple. I'm now averaging around 1800 calories a day due to running plus a lot more NEAT because of extra energy (with a baseline of 1230 to maintain sedentary). I'm already eating back all my exercise calories, so there's an error in my logging somewhere I need to figure out.

 Success / Struggles: Back in range after hovering above for a few months. I think I need to vary my diet more. For some reason, I'm wanting to eat junkier foods than usual lately. I'm finding healthy food a little off-putting. I actually lost my appetite and got nauseous after making myself a kale salad last week (a no, I'm not pregnant:). I just think I've grown tired of eating the same foods, day-in / day-out. Time for some new recipes!7

 Success/Struggles: I uploaded my info from January-June into the Health App so my monthly averages are accurate now rather than estimates. Regardless, it's clear I'm on a downward trend again when I'm trying to slowly gain a bit I changed my exercise routine and thought I was accounting for things ok but I'm going to try upping my calories a bit. So I haven't been doing so good. Need to get back on track.5
