Success/Struggles: I uploaded my info from January-June into the Health App so my monthly averages are accurate now rather than estimates. Regardless, it's clear I'm on a downward trend again when I'm trying to slowly gain a bit I changed my exercise routine and thought I was accounting for things ok but I'm going to try upping my calories a bit. This weekend we are going to see Hamilton and taking the following day off so there will be some going out to eat with that which will likely bump things up a bit7 -

The Halloween candy has really been getting me lol. I bought a huge $25 bag from walmart and we had ONE TRICK OR TREATER so.. lots of leftover candy. Plus my toddler got lots from trick or treating and I've been helping him eat it lol. Plus last week we had 3 days where someone brought in donuts or something like that at work. So I haven't been doing so good. Need to get back on track.5 -

Struggles: Was away at a friends place the entire weekend, so did not logg anything and ate really unhealthy so now im a bit over my target weight.
Success: Having an easy time dialing down my calories now and it feels smooth and easy to just go back to my target weight again.7 -

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Not sleeping enough during work weekdays (I only work officially during the weekdays) has always been a struggle for me, so I tell myself mentally that eating too much will not make me feel more alert just because I am sleep deprived. Instead, I go home earlier, take a nap with the light on, wake up, keep working, then go back to sleep and press on through the week.

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I'm still adjusting to the Daylight Saving time change so my sleep schedule has been a bit weird this week. My weight trend has gone downwards closer to the middle of the range where I'm most comfortable, which is good. I've got a very long hike coming up tomorrow (~10 miles) that I've been a bit nervous about as I've only hiked something around that length a year ago, and haven't even walked that much in a day since June. It'll also be a bit challenging due to elevation gains, rocks, and pretty cold weather.6 -

Struggles/successes: Not on track at all this week. Very little sleep, raging moods and hunger. Then yesterday got my first period in over a year (had to come off birth control a couple of months ago for health reasons but still hasn’t had it return). Mystery solved! Weight is up more than I would expect, but know some of it is just bloat/water etc. So will see what next week brings...

Stuck to food budget.

Didn't stick to food plan. Feel somewhat deprived on food budget.
Got sucked in the computer all the time for work and non-work stuff.
Found out about some dishonest stuff about employer and contracts.
Almost no exercise.
Feeling tired in evening so canceled cultural outings invited to
am a bit all work and no play - which really doesn't make for best work results.
