Well, I was 132.2 yesterday (but it didn't count)...today was less than stellar on the scale...but I'm guessing it's because I've been gorging on Milk Duds and Red Hot candies the past few evenings. Did well with water once or twice this week, but still not consistent (especially today). Still need to move a lot more than I have been (so not used to this cold weather in VA, which makes me want to hibernate -- there is a reason I live in FL). Time to buckle down and get it done though!0 -

Things are looking up! My real pitfall is snacking. When I avoid it I lose when I indulge I gain. This week I've been having large lunches to stave off snacking. Hopefully that is a strategy that will continue to work for me.5 -
While I am happy that I did loose, I am also worried about the last two weeks being such huge losses. I did take the week off from recording food. I just needed a break, and I felt really good at the start of the week. Started a new workout program, and felt like I was eating things in moderation. Than I got swamped with must dos at the end on friday, saturday and sunday and things eating may have been sidelined too much. This week will be a bit more normal (well less crazy), and I should be able to make sure I am getting enough and will go back to recording all the things

move more - we got about 10 inches of snow yesterday - a little bit melted late in the day and now it is snowing again! I hate it, makes me feel trapped, with my balance issues I stay inside out of the slippery stuff. Cuts down on my walking but I will try to add steps when I move about the house1 -

Well, this is continuing to go in the wrong direction...but I've also been gnoshing more on CHRISTmas goodies and moving less because it's cold out. Need to get back on track and stop making excuses.3 -

12-03 - 174.6 lbs (Okay, I don't get this. I've stayed without my daily intake and exercised at least 500 calories every day except Monday. After I got sick, I went up to 177 so I guess I worked that off, and my body fat percentage dropped 1.5%. I did drop a pant size though.)

Honestly, 1-2/wk is all you should try to lose anyway, and trying to lose 2/week with two major food/goodies holidays is just brutal. Give yourself a lot of mercy and grace during this time and consider it a success if you can just maintain during this time of year. Huge kudos for already losing nearly 6 pounds during this time!! Honestly, it's a pretty phenomenal accomplishment. You'll be in one-derland soon after if you don't make it by Christmas as you are doing awesome!5 -

Honestly, happy to see the number on the scale as I jumped up even higher during the week (133.8 on Wed). Did pretty well the past couple of days trying to get more water. Trying to get more protein each day too. Also, done better with not drinking so much alcohol daily (but my sugar/candy eating has been up a bit in its place)...so much balancing needed.2 -

went up a bit this week, not a complete surprise and not be much. Ready to buckle down this week and give it everything I have before Christmas! I always struggle busting the 200 number but feel like I can get it done this week.

A little disappointed to see it go back to where I was last week. Feel like I did pretty good with my water and protein over the weekend. But as I told someone else...sometimes during the holidays, even maintaining is a win!
I have a lot going on in my life right now (as a caregiver to an ailing elderly mother and 800 miles from home as I temporarily live with her), so there are a lot of restrictions on what I can/can't do as my days often aren't my own right now. So, just logging regularly is a big win. Getting my proteins back up, more water daily and less alcohol during this time, are big wins.
We have one more week, to get 'er done! Let's do this, my fellow winners!3
