Didn't update last Monday - too disappointed 😊 But, now I'm back on track and avoiding my pitfalls.

I guess it wasn't all water. It's okay though. I had a Christmas party Saturday and a dinner out Thursday evening so any loss is a welcome sight!4 -

I plan to move more every day - the Apple watch gives a calorie count for "moving" and I'm trying to increase the number each day

Also it has rained almost every day keeping me inside1 -
I am surprised at the size of this loss. The last couple weeks have seen very minimal movement in either direction. It was a crazy weekend of traveling and not working out and trying to make wise choices when possible and use moderation throughout. At this point I feel like I can hit under 200 at the start of the New Year! But we have a lot of holiday things and crazy weekends to get through first.

12-03 - 174.6 lbs (Okay, I don't get this. I've stayed without my daily intake and exercised at least 500 calories every day except Monday. After I got sick, I went up to 177 so I guess I worked that off, and my body fat percentage dropped 1.5%. I did drop a pant size though.)

Actually dropped over the weekend but back up to the Friday weight (I swear the scale knows how to sabotage a weigh-in day)...still a drop overall since last week. I need to get my water intake back in check though...it's been super low, and I know when I drink more, my body retains less.2 -

Yesterday showed a temporary weight gain. This morning I weighed 196.4 (Yay!) which makes more sense with my trending weight. Whew!5 -

So i just wanted to share this even though it is not weigh in day or having anything to do with weight but does have to do with how I feel overall.
I have been an observer of layering my clothes to kind of hide in them (like cardigan over a shirt layer and the bottom layer is usually flowy). I have been feeling really good lately about how my body is changing and how I feel. On Tuesday, I wore a baseball tee -- alone. No layer, no hoodie, no scarf, or sandwich boards. Nothing. And I felt great about it. I felt comfortable and wasn't feeling self-conscious all day about it. I just felt really good about it and where I am at currently.
Now to be ok flashing my naked arms - lol7 -
