12-03 157.8 tuff week few binge slip ups but forgave forgot and moved on

Keep going, Everyone! I keep reminding myself how good I’ll feel to enter the New Year at a lower wt rather than having to re-lose what I’d already lost.
We have 15 days through New Year’s Eve from now. Don’t give up. If we tow the line on all breakfasts & lunches & 12-13 of 15 dinners (Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NY Eve), we should all still lose by Jan 1st!2 -

11-26 - 175.2 lbs (I've been sick since Thanksgiving, and I'm finally hungry again)
12-03 - 174.6 lbs (Okay, I don't get this. I've stayed within my daily intake and exercised at least 500 calories every day except Monday. After I got sick, I went up to 177 so I guess I worked that off, and my body fat percentage dropped 1.5%. I did drop a pant size though.)
12-10- 171 lbs
12-17 - 167.1 lbs (My body fat percentage is down about 2%)

Goal-140 lbs.
I knew 160 lbs. was a stretch but I'm happy.

move more - the snow was gone in about 3 days but it s still cold out there. The Christmas party that was planned for last Sunday got cancelled so no worry about calories that day. I am trying to eat less at each meal even if that means leaving a little on my plate3 -

12-10 204 -1.8 lb Headed in the right direction. Just hope I can keep going that way the rest of the month!! This group has really helped me get through the holidays!!

LOL...lost that 1/4 pound again! Getting tougher with the impending good meals ahead, but as I said previously, just logging again is a big win over the holidays. And this little challenge kept me accountable. Just a few more days my fellow winners until we set our next goals4 -

Didn’t make my goal but very happy with losing 6.4 lbs!! I never lose weight in December and this group helped so much!! Hoping I see Onederland by the end of the year!! Hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!!4
