Challenge Starting Weight ~ 177.2
Challenge Goal Weight ~167 - 1/2 pound per week
November 20, 2018 ~ 177.2 - 42 lbs left to reach my ultimate goal. It was 40 lbs on Nov. 9th when 175 appeared, then was rudely replaced by 177. Lol. This number loves me.
11/27 ~ 178.8 - Been doing everything I should not the last 5 days; eating late in the day (8pm) eating bread, no electrolytes. One last croissant beckoning me today😊 and hopefully
it's over.
11/30 - 178.2 - Lol. Looks like I lost weight. Not. I prefer Wednesday's weight, 174.8😅 but obviously not that much since I ate pretzels last night. Keto carb havoc!

Sleep Challenge:
Friday Night 11/23/18...... 3 hours 27 minutes.
Saturday Night 11/24/18..... 4 hours 58 minutes.
Sunday Night 11/25/18..... 4 hours 27 minutes.
Monday Night 11/26/18….. 4 hours 38 minutes.
Tuesday Night 11/27/18….. 4 hours 16 minutes.
Wednesday Night 11/28/18….. 5 hours 3 minutes.
Thursday Night 11/29/18….. 5 hours 38 minutes.
Note to Everyone: These are typical hours for me. After a few days of this I will usually "catch up" by sleeping a solid 5.5 to 6 hours for one night, then rinse and repeat. I know that more sleep would be beneficial, but I just do not seem to require it after a lifetime of long working hours and maintaining my home and family too. Most days I am refreshed and full of energy after 3 to 4 hours of sleep.

WATER CHALLENGE
Friday 11/30/2018
32 ounces of plain water
10 ounces Tish’s Super Charged Parsley Lemon Water
24 ounces Black Coffee
10 ounces Bulletproof coffee with coconut oil, butter and salted caramel skinny syrup
11 ounces of chocolate protein smoothie made with Slimfast protein powder, Six Stars protein mix, 1 tsp of benefiber and 10 ounces of unsweetened Almond Milk.
Total Liquids. 87 oz.
Clearly I need more straight water. They say that caffeine is dehydrating. I drink a lot of it in the form of mainly coffees. That is okay as long as I get my water drinks in. Clearly I need to work on this!1 -

I managed to up the plain water during all of my household chaos (new wall-to-wall carpet going in every room]. However, my overall liquids were down because I didn’t drink any of the special drinks I usually try to incorporate.

Saturday: 3 cups of water... it's so low because I snuck in a 7 hour nap! Craziness, because I slept for 8 hrs Friday night into Saturday which is already 2 hrs longer than usual. I have been getting 5 cups a day.
H2O: 24oz
Zzz: 15 hrs!!!1 -
I'm back and attentive after a birthday party project, party setup and visit with the Grands! Tired though. Catch up reading tonight.1

*I put my goals low because I want to reach them... but I think I put them too low, lol. I'd be worried about how much I'm losing in such short time if I weren't being supervised by doc. I'm supposed to drop 30% by next appointment, which is Dec 19th and 30% would be 290 at weigh-in. I'm roughly 17 lbs away and have 16 days to do it. Fingers crossed.
**Today's weight puts me exactly 37 lbs lost since my highest weight back in April 2016.

Saturday:
H2O: 24oz
Zzz: 15 hrs!!!
Sunday: Another 3 cup day as I slept through most of it since I stayed up so late from the long sleep of Saturday, lol Thankfully, as I write this, it's Monday and I'm back on track, sleep-wise. And still 3 cups is more than I was drinking 3 weeks ago.

@sakke77, Welcome to the challenge Sakke!
@deepwoodslady, I really like the water info graphic that you posted. Very interesting the percentage of water the lymphatic system uses! I have a challenge already set for the end of December concerning the lymphatic system.
@Cloverdoll, You're doing very well with the sleep challenge and your water intake has improved!
I had a good weekend, but rough carb wise, ending with over a 3lb gain of fluid. That's gotta go!1 -

Away from home for my DGS’s 1st birthday. I do not drink our well water in our area and forgot to take any bottled. I stuck to coffee most of the day and evening (since it’s boiled/heated I trust it more). I will be home today working and will be more able to meet the challenge of drinking more water.

@tiabirdie56 I am very excited about a lymphatic system challenge. I won't ask what it is, it will give me something to look forward to, like a Christmas Present! As you know, I'm in remission for cancer, so this is especially intriguing, yet important to us all. I can't wait!1
