    Didn't make the goal last month so I try to hit 30 again this month. Also, if you still need someone to start the threads for Jan/Feb I could do it.

    12/1 - 30 minutes sprint cycle class, 1 hour bootcamp
    12/2 - rest day
    12/3 - 1 hour bootcamp

    Total: 2 hours 30 minutes/30 hours
