    Definitely in ☺️

    Back doing myfitnesspal properly after a few years - and I’m on it! Aiming to lose half a stone by Valentine’s Day ❤️ off on a little holiday at the end of January so think 7 pounds is more realistic than 10.

    SW: 210.8
    CW: 209.4
    GW for V-day: 203.8
    GW: 147

    Ok so I decided to bite the bullet and weigh this morning. So I'll will be doing my weigh ins on Fridays. Hoping to get under 200 by challenge end.

    CW: 210.4
    Challenge goal: 199.8
    Final goal: 126ish

    @sassysmom35 You are my challenge twin. I had put starting weight 210 and GW 199 ie Onederland.
    I did the same as you, started logging food but didn't step on scale not to get discouraged by the number. I estimate I have lost 20 lbs already.
    I am 5ft7. My UGW is 130ish

    That's awesome. Except for height we are total twinsies! That'll make it even more fun to have someone similar in so many ways. Do you mind if I add you as a friend?

    I need to friend you both! I am also have a SW- 210 and would love to be back in onederland by Valentines day!! GW (for this year ) 160

    I just don’t have access to my scale. 😁 I normally weigh in once a week, but we have been gone for about 2 weeks now so I’m still a few days out.

    I'm in....starting weight 185.4 GW 160. I will go for the 10 lbs by Valentine's...also doing Dry January so I hope that helps!

    Hello, I am new to this forum my current weight is 233 lbs so my goal is 223 lbs by Valentine Day or less, wish me luck. My goal weight is 170 lbs but losing medical steroid weight is proving to be much harder than baby weigh gain.

    189.2 today. My foot has been hurting me when I put weight on it so I took it easier today. Still did exercise, just not a full hour, only 20 minutes of cardio. I think it's my body adjusting to moving more. Just don't want to overdo it and then end up setting back my progress. On track for my calories for the day so far though. :)

    just start slow then . A 10-15 minute brisk walk / a u tube fitness video & build up from there !!

    My dog is overweight as well, so he incentizes me as the vet had said that he must exercise . I normally take him for morning & evening walks .

    @lizziequek that's so sweet that your dog is your workout buddy.

    I'm back at the gym and exercising but struggling with food. I just need to log and be honest with myself and honour my hunger and cravings as best I can I guess.
