Hey guys,
I want to start a challenge beginning now just to get a head start on NYE - anyone in? Everyone can set their own goal, I'll be aiming for 25lbs.

I'm in. I've been debating WW for motivation but I have done this before successfully. I joined a year challenge too.
My personal challenges are three kids, one child high needs with challenging behaviour, working full time, and I'm a major stress eater.
For December, my only goal was regular exercise and I did exercise 80% of the time. I've been out of routine with Christmas but my goal is to get back to it tomorrow.
