I have been starting again for several years. Reached my goal weight of 135 in 2012 and then over the years, gained weight back. Last year went through cancer, chemo & surgeries. Just getting my real energy back. My son and I have started counting calories together, which is a huge help since we are both working to lose weight. I am 62, 5'7" and doing 1200 cal. a day. Walking is my main exercise along with hiking. We started in Oct and I have gone from 160 to 147. It was hard during the holidays, and I have been maintaining the month of Dec. Ready to lose weight again.
