    Hi everyone,
    I’ve never done a challenge before so I’m hoping this will motivate me a little more. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago, now I’m trying to lost the baby weight after having my first little one 5 months ago. If anyone wants to add me as a friend I would appreciate the support :)

    Hey everyone! I'm so excited to start this! I lost over 15 lbs. during the 18 weeks of the Fall challenge, and now I'm looking to lose these final pounds! LET'S DO THIS! :) Here is my template:

    Hello everyone, my goal is to lose 20 pounds over the next 4 months. I have a goal in 2019 of completing an endurance ride in the late spring, and to do so well I really need to trim down. This challenge is perfect timing for me! I've been at this a while and it's been a little bit of a roller coaster- I had lost 15 pounds last spring but packed on 10 of those pounds again. I plan to lose 5 lbs/month to reach my goal.
