    January Goal: 108kg I guess, with my first I came back home the same weight I went in because of a loot of bloating, not sure how this time will go, basically anything under how much I went in will be ok with me.

    I'm not sure how people usually post those, I'll most likely just be editing this post. Looking at yours will surely keep my motivation up.

    Had a C-section on the 24th, there were complications and my lo is in NICU, but I'm getting discharged. It really feels unfair and I'm extremely guilty that I'm ok and he is not. I really need to keep my mind busy so I don't cry all the time, and I've been basically just reading all day about how I can make things better at home. I've decided I need to push to be as healthy as I can be so I can great him home stronger and able to take better care of him and his brother. Been at a very dark place for a long time and have completely ignored my well being with the excuse that there are more important things, including complete basics like brushing my hair. This needs to stop so he comes home to a healthy, happy place and mom. I'll be using mfp to get a hold on my diet, meal planning for the family and weight, and habit trackers to push myself to get to a normal functioning state.

    Try not to be too hard on yourself, your body has just gone through a lot and after my csection all my body was interested in doing was recovering. All your lo and sibling needs is you right now and if that's you having a giant bar of chocolate do it!

    Jan. 14: 148.8 lbs (alcohol and cake this weekend with not enough water)
    Jan. 21: 148.0 lbs Feeling extra fluffy lately. Not sure what combination is water weight and what is fat but either way I don't like it. Time to cut out the extra snacks and eat more veggies.
    Jan. 28: 147.8 lbs Didn't do so great this month. I've adjusted my goals for the rest of the challenge.
