    It is a bit mean. :heart: I hate sending FRs and will only do it if I think the person is truly awesome. Happily most of the time my instincts have been right about that. :flowerforyou:

    Oddly, the only people who have rejected my FRs so far have been other women. I find that surprising.

    I accepted you in pretty short order if i remember correctly. One of the best decisions I ever made too.

    I don't usually send them either, just once. I sent that one friend request because I noticed her ticker look almost exactly like mine, and we got to talking about our kitties :) only friend request I ever sent.

    Wow. I usually avoid the chit-chat forums but thread made for interesting reading.
    I'm easy when it comes to FRs... I don't often do the requesting myself. And I will delete if my feed gets flooded with ditzy comments.

    That's way homophobic! I appreciate dudes that are in great shape sharing advice. Doing the same routine week in and week out sucks. If any of you (Male or Female) wanna add me, feel free. Always looking for for more Circuit Training variations (i.e. Spartacus workout etc). I have my own versions as well to share.

    Most of my friends are in fact female and I receive a lot of support and motivation from them and I always do the same for them.

    I very very rarely make any friend requests... so I guess we can never be friends... but i accept all of the ones i get, and then trim the list every couple weeks.
