I set a goal weight range of 125-130, for myself. My weight’s been creeping back up. Jan 2019-135. I Do Not want to regain weight lost as I have in past; because I feel SO good at lower weight!
I just can’t let that happen!

02/12 159, not a great start to Round 68. I think my salt intake over the past few days caught up with me. Today is another day so I am not going to be too discouraged. I ordered Plated for this week and the calories count are really high, especially for my height and intake. I made their Steak Quesadilla yesterday and the serving size was 960 calories. I cut my portion in half so calories were within the 1360 I could eat, but I was still very hungry. I order from meal subsciptions around once every month, but took January and December off because of the holidays, so this was the first time I have cooked with them on a diet.
45 minutes of exercise, 11771 steps, 64 oz of water
02/13 158, good drop after eating well yesterday. It's raining heavily today so hoping to make it to gym after work. Officially no longer obese, just overweight so pretty happy to see 158. My next mini goal is 157.6 (15 lbs down) and hope to get there soon!

@lemonita12 If you are tracking what you eat, look back 2-3 days to see how foods affect your weight loss. I realized this time lag several years ago and find it interesting.
@jaccimc63 It’s funny you mentioned your client. I was just thinking yesterday about the anonymity of this board. What are the chances I’ll ever see anyone who posts here? Then I realized that I am really looking forward to meeting @puddlegoober in California this weekend! I hope we are able to do that.
@MyEvolvingJourney Based on CICO, you have to eliminate 3500 calories to lose a pound. Of course, hormones, salt intake and many other factors affect our weight daily. Carbs greatly affect my weight so if I really cut back, I usually show a loss in a day or two. Foods take 2-3 days. Truly fat loss takes longer.

2/13 - 132.4 - way under calories yesterday, my fitbit didn't sync till the last minute! Yesterday 10K steps and a 25 minute video workout: heart rate was high and muscles are sore, so I can't decide if it was cardio or strength

Thank you. This is a great friendly and supportive group. I get disappointed with myself sometimes and I retreat to lick my wounds, but commitment means you don't quit when things get tough so here I am. As one friend puts it "you only fail when you quit - the rest is all a learning experience"

Oh and this picture is for you!!! I made 3 eye of round steaks in the air fryer topped with blue cheese dressing and a side of Brussels sprouts. Weight of each steak is on the lid since they are all different. (3rd one still cooking.)

02/12: 204.7 Having one of those days that I want to eat a *lot*. Which means I’m not hungry but want to keep eating. But I’m fighting it and so far so good. Thankfully this doesn’t happen often.

2/12: 19x.x - Didn’t weigh today. Missed you all! Dropped off at the end of last round. Was out of town and flights were cancelled coming home. Back again - ready to get back to my health routine. Hope I didn’t gain too much while away - I made healthy food choices, and didn’t have more than 2 drinks a day, but didn’t track at all!
2/13: 19x.x - Forgot to weigh again 😩 Still stuck in the snow. Not meeting my goals. I am getting back to it tomorrow! Gah! Scared to step back on the scale.13 -

02/12- huge ice storm, strong winds and lots of snow. Did lots of exercise today. Long day!
02/13- Third day of brutal winter weather. I slept two hours because the winds were so strong, by the time I fell asleep it was time to get up. No school for two days means grandchildren, back on routine tomorrow.

2/12- 166.2. 60 mins 'fat burn' on treadmill. 21K+ on Fitbit. Calories and tracking in range. Constantly feeling fatigued - work is doing a number on me, looking forward to 4 day weekend.
2/13- 166.2 Did not exercise this morning. Pouring rain and more tomorrow, so no trail walking for me this weekend - treadmill is getting tedious Calories a little over but tracked it all.
Also ordered a Fitbit Versa last night, updating from my Charge 2. Hope it's a good buy!

02/12 - 209.2 Stayed on plan today and had no late night snacks during my fasting period. Didn't drink as much water as I should have and didn't get any cardio in - but there's always tomorrow!
02/13 - 209.2 Another day on plan and no late night snacks (as of 10:30pm anyway). Almost reached my water goal today! Still have a bit of time to get some more H2O in my system, too. Busy day today so didn't get a chance to work out. Hopefully tomorrow.

I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-67 = 38.4 lb.
NSVs: Besides wearing smaller clothing and my wedding band fitting now, my blood pressure has been lower on my last couple of doctor visits and when I’ve checked it at home.
I like you folks, and I really appreciate and enjoy your company. Besides, I’m not sure I can stay on track without you!

02/12 137.2 I only ended with a .2 lb. loss last round, but I’m starting this round 2.2 lb. lower than my weight yesterday. My scale likes to torment with me. On a high note, I’ve been experimenting with not logging calories, just following keto guidelines, and I think I can do it. Starting out, I had to track everything, but I think I’ve got the hang of it now. I keep experimenting with keto recipes that appeal to both me and my husband. I just add pasta or rice or potatoes to his meals. I’m trying to reach my GW by the end of this month.
02/13 137.8 Not bad, considering yesterday was a 2 lb. drop and I was up early this morning. After lunch with the Red Hat ladies, I did one tax return, then took Thor on a 6-mile walk. One of our Red Hat ladies, Ruby, celebrated her 85th birthday last week. Ruby is trim and let us know she jogs, because walking is boring. Ruby’s my new role model! My doctors and my husband are telling me not to run again, but I'm having a hard time accepting their advice. I'm most concerned about convincing my husband, but I have to strengthen my knee first.
