    Hi!
I will not eat any sugar, honey, etc. for the next 3 days.i know I’ll feel better.

2/25 nope, but was under control...adding another day! Going for 3 consecutive days. I’ll get there.

    2/26
    2/27
    2/28

Going for the three consecutive days is the best way to see how much better you’ll feel after a short break from sugar. But rven just limiting your intake is good, so congratulations!

Awe, thank you so much. Limiting my intake (quite low) may be the best I can do now.

I would love to join this challenge. I started today not eating any candy, chocolate (my favorite) or sweet snacks and drinks, However, I already had 17 Grams of sugar today! 13 in 2 Medium Kiwis and 3 in my Meatball Stroganoff!! Is this kind of sugar Ok?

Glad you decided to join us! And of course, any type of sugar in foods that we wouldn’t typically define as sugary foods is fine. The natural sugars in some foods, like kiwi, are very important for our body’s health.

    3/4: Sucess
3/5: Had a small bowl of ice cream late at night, gave into a stressful day of work.
3/6: Same issue again today, stressful day lead to a quick sugar snack!

Starting the challenge over again starting today. Considering I actually got 1 out of the three days this time, I’m feeling much better!

Thank you :) To be honest, It was hard, However I'm very pleased that I did it. It was an eye-opening challenge and I promised myself to be conscious of my snacking habits between meals. I will keep handy sugar free hard candy, and sugar free Jell-O Gelatin hoping that will satisfy my sweet tooth. Without those I don't think I could have done it. I did eat some of my favorite chocolate today but will try to repeat this challenge once a week. Good luck to all of us.

    Ok got a good tip/reminder

I used to eat a LOT more fruit
Which might have quelled my sweet cravings
    Also, it doubled my fiber
And my sugars are the same now, so the sweets replaced the fruits...

Eating 5+ servings a day with goal of 10 by mid April.
