Weighed three times this morning to be sure! Yep, scratching my head about this but every now and then ya get a free pass.

3/4: — 200.0 — I’ve been hovering at this weight for a bit, wanting to get under 200. I can tell I’ve lost even though the scale doesn’t show it. So I took measurements today and I have lost INCHES!! I’m really excited about that. So glad I took measurements earlier.

03/04: 84.7kg. No change, but yesterday was a good day for steps (10,000+), eating well, and almost 8 hours of sleep. Definitely one of my side goals is tracking my sleep better!
03/05: 84.3kg. I will take that! 10,000+ steps, did a small gym session even though it wasn't part of my daily plan. Slowly getting a little bit more confident in the handful of weight machines I am so very, very light workouts on in addition to my cardio. Sleep only just over 7 hours, still working on this.
03/06: 83.9kg. Yesterday was a good day in terms on steps, poor in terms of sleep. Not as much exercise done today, so it will be interesting to see if this bounces up about 84kg tommorrow.
03/07: 84.1kg. Ha, and there it is!
03/08: 83.7kg. A little surprised, as even though I got 10,000+ steps in I was unable to get to the gym due to 12 hour work day. Will definitely take it! If I can just keep up this work for the next half of the challenge I may just hit my goal weight for the challenge.

05/03: 201.6 lbs - more comfort eating yesterday. I need to reign it in.
06/03: 200.2 lbs - I was better yesterday but still need improvements. I have set some goals on my eating for the next 5 days and I am hoping this will break my comfort eating. It’s tough but I need to be tougher! No more “treats” - it’s not helping, it’s hurting!

Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb.
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-69 = 43.0 lb. lost in 159 days!
Latest NSV: I achieved my goal weight (135) on the next to last day of Round 69. I was out of town on the last day of the round and didn’t check in. My new goal is to increase strength and stay under 140 lb. Parts of me looks melted now, but I’ll cover those areas, except my face, and firm what I can. I still have muscular calves, and capris can cover my upper legs. I’ll have to stay in the water or wear a long cover-up when I go to the beach.
I had a doctor appointment Friday, and my height was ½” less than last year, so it seems I really am melting. Until a couple of years ago, I was 5’6 1/4”. It’s obvious I’ll never make it to the 5’10” I thought would be a perfect height. I’m fortunate to have a tall husband to help me out!

03/04 135.8 Yesterday was a long, but enjoyable day of singing and testifying with our gospel music group—three concerts. We left early in the morning, and I returned home just before midnight. I worked today, so I’m very tired this evening. The good news is, I can sleep late tomorrow morning. Love it!
03/05 134.4 Now that I’m not trying to lose more, I lose more! Along with loose belly skin, that I’ve had since my twin pregnancy over 30 years ago, I still have a little belly fat, so I hope that’s where muscle toning work will help. I’m so used to the keto WOE now, I think I’ll pretty much stick with that, do weight training, and just eat a little more than I’ve been eating. I’m feeling good now!
03/06 135.2 That’s well within my maintenance range, so it’s good. Yesterday was a little lower than I want to go. I had a good keto meal at Chili’s on Sunday—Guiltless Grill 6 oz. sirloin with avocado, Fresco salad, and mushrooms. If you have healthy, low carb food recommendations for different restaurant chains, I’d like to hear about them.
03/07 135.4 In my new found freedom, I have to make sure I don’t overdo. I want to gain muscle, not fat, except in my cheeks (all of them), but that would be prohibitively expensive. I can live with wrinkles—I’m old enough. Last week, I was thinking of my granddaughter’s high school graduation in 2020, and realized that will be the half century mark/50 years after my own high school graduation.

03/04 79.0 kg. That's 1kg off in 2 days. Met my 2nd mini goal of losing 10% of my weight and now 75kg is my next mini goal.
03/05 79.5 or maybe 79.1kg. Scale couldn't decide! Either way it's a loss overall and I'm still keeping within my calories and macros. Ran yesterday and will do push ups etc today.
03/06 79.9kg. No idea where the gain is coming from so I'm just going to trust the process and keep on.
03/07 79.9kg still here and it's still raining!
03/08 79.0kg again. And it's still raining and the whole place is waterlogged. So no running today.

03/04 – 215.8 not sure about today’s weight. I am glad it did not go up so that a good sign. Well tomorrow is another day.
03/05 – 214 I wasn’t sure how this was going but glad it is lower. I do everything right so always want to see lower. I forgot to mention because I am in another challenge I started trying exercise more, besides the walking I do when I get the grandson. I started Sunday, the body is sore but it still feels good.
03/06 – 214.6 oh well the joys of weighing every day up and down. I am starting to let these small amounts bother me. However, all that matters is the end results. I have been exercising and eating right so not going to worry about an increase or make any excuses. On to the next day.

03/04 99.5 sorry.... What?!?! How?!?! So i don't run for 4 days and all my hard work reverses itself....?! Come on! Feeling very disheartened but my graduation is in 32 days so I need to focus 10000000000%! Have a feeling the weight gain is water in preparation for TOM but it still makes you doubt what you're doing and why you are bothering! Head up and just keep swimming!
03/05 97.5 now that's what i call a whoosh! trying to steel myself for today… mix of my dad's 79th birthday (unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago) and pancake Tuesday blended with fettisdagen! Fettisdagen is the Swedish equivalent of pancake Tuesday but instead of pancakes they have the yummyist cream filled sweet buns called a semla! So I've gone for a run this morning and I plan on keeping calories down so I can have one this evening! So I have an emotion filled day with food that would be awful for an emotional eater.... Really need to keep my headspace right today!

03/05- 224.4 whoosh, still up 4lb since before I decided to quit smoking. Yesterday was a success in my books, 770cals in, 15800 steps, in bed by 10pm. I did struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep so feeling tired today. Today's goals are to stay under 1700cals.
03/06- 225.8- I ate very late night last night which could explain the bigger than usual gain. 8500steps, 1350cals, not enough sleep again. Today is a fast day, I want to get over 10,000 steps today x
03/07- 224.0- A good day yesterday, 11,000steps, 3200cals out, 600cals in. I feel so tired though, I was in bed at 10pm last night but yet again struggled to sleep and when I did then my 1yr old was up a lot feeling poorly bless him. This week I am averaging 6hr45min sleep which I just don't think is enough. Today my goals are to stay under my 1700cal goal, I'm not too bothered about steps but it would be nice to get above 7000, but if I need a nap whilst my baby is down il take it. Have a good day all X
03/08 - 224.8 - 12,000 steps, 3100cals out, 1550cals in. Wow got less than 6 hours sleep last night, my little man is still not quite right, at 4am he was determined to get up and out of bed. Today I am fasting and aiming for over 10,000 steps. A very veggie pasta for dinner tonight X
03/09- 222.8 - 12500steps, 3100cals out, 620cals in. Feeling tired again. Today I’m aiming to stay under 2000cals with 7000steps.
03/10- 224.2 - just shy of 6000steps, 2650cals out, 2800cals in. Urgh. Went a little overboard last night, do not feel good for it this morning. My week runs from Sunday to Saturday on my apps so my whole stats for last week were 70,000steps for the week (yay) 1400cals average a day in and 3000cals average a day out, according to Fitbit. I wouldn't take the calories burned too seriously though as they seem rather inflated but those are what my apps are telling me. A good week all in all, it would be nice if I was able to repeat it again.

@Winner_in_life - I've been making really good food choices this week. I had my favourite pasta dish last night but instead of filling it high with pasta I half filled the bowl with salad first. So probably ate half what I normally do14 -

03/05 - 210.0 - food good apart from one crepe with Nutella. At least it was only one. It is usually at least 3 on Pancake Tuesday. Small walk and a Pilates class
03/06 - 210.4 - that pancake! Not much exercise but I hit my steps and was ok foodwise.
03/07 - 211.4 - what is that about? Loads of pottering about yesterday, food good and loads of water

4 March: 124.8 lbs * Thrilled to be back for my second round! I have a few tricky days coming up so I'm thankful to have this challenge to help me stay accountable. My goal this round is to get down to 124 (or my more ambitious goal of 123.8).
5 March: 124 lbs * Quite the dramatic drop. And while technically my Round 70 'goal weight', I don't trust it'll stick around. Seems a bit too good to be true, but we'll see. Best of luck to everyone on the glorious and terrifying Pancake Day. I have calories put aside to indulge for dessert tonight!
6 March: 124 lbs * Day 3 of being in the 124s and I couldn't be happier. Very eager to see the elusive 123s! Since it was a food based day yesterday (Pancake Day!), I put 550 calories aside and ate a giant stack of homemade blueberry pancakes and maple syrup with my husband for dessert last night. This was an important day for me because I showed myself that I can participate in food related days/events without going over my calories and without derailing my progress.
7 March: 123.8 lbs * I'm super surprised about this weigh-in for a few reasons. First, I ate about 90% of my calories very close to my nightly eating cutoff of 8PM (homemade cheese and meat board night with my husband!). Second, I went over my daily calories by about 60 to have a piece of chocolate after all the delicious cheese. Third, my TOTM is due any day now and I've been feeling a bit bloated because of it. I felt everything was working against me and that I'd be up today, so I'm REALLY happy to see the scale go down and give me a taste of my 'ambitious round 70 goal'. Hello 123s! I hope I get to see you again tomorrow.
8 March: 124 lbs * TOTM arrived yesterday evening, so here's the slight gain I was anticipating. Feeling bloated and gross today, trying my hardest not to indulge in all the sweet things I used to eat for comfort. Made Nutella on toast for breakfast to keep the cravings at bay . Happy that the gain (if it can even really be counted as that) was so slight, I've had months where it was much, much worse than this. Staying positive and hoping to catch another glimpse of the 123s soon!
9 March: 123.5 lbs * Back to the 123s! I'm excited but also extremely surprised. TOTM was awful yesterday (still not great today) and I allowed myself to eat just a little under maintenance to help with the sluggishness I was feeling. And, let's be honest, I was craving ice cream. Just shows how unpredictable these daily fluctuations can be. Not sure if I'm eating at maintenance again today, I'm leaving the option open if I'm feeling particularly awful again.
10 March: 123.3 lbs * I didn't end up eating at maintenance again yesterday since I started feeling much better. TOTM cravings were running wild regardless. I wanted ice cream and pizza... so I ate it, stayed within my calories, and woke up to the scale having gone down a little this morning. Success! Before I started using MyFitnessPal, wanting pizza on a Saturday night meant eating a medium-large meat lovers pizza and a side by myself along with a litre of coke and more than likely some sort of high calorie sweet for dessert. Last night I enjoyed a small Hawaiian pizza with a glass of water and a 100ml tub of Häagen-Dazs and loved every bite of it! So happy I can keep these impulses in check and still treat myself. That feels like even more of a personal accomplishment than the actual weight loss.

03/04 - 136.4 (-2lb) - Off to a quick start! Must have had a light day yesterday or something so am already at goal this round... Let's see if it sticks
03/05 - 134 (-2.4lb) - Woah! OK so there's obviously some water retention/loss stuff happening here. I've gone from being out of action with a shoulder injury and eating a lot of junk, to being totally back on the wagon in terms of food and exercise in the last few days. We will wait to see how this settles over the coming week I think! Zero complaints though haha.
03/06 - 132.9 (-1.1) - The whoosh is slowing a little, which is good. I am eating between 1500-1600kcals a day, so sticking with that for now and am hoping that I'll see the loss from the last few days hold. Clearly just the dramatic change from sweets and biscuits to protein, fruit and veggies! Bye bye water weight. I'm happy though, as I gave myself a goal of 128lb for mid-April which is now looking very achievable.
03/07 - 133.1 (+0.2) - Ok back to reality. I wondered how long the whoosh could last. Very happy with a tiny jump back up considering I started this round almost 3.5lb heavier! Weather is keeping me indoors and I am champing at the bit to get back out to my jogging/hiking. Forecast is not looking good. Otherwise, the week's food prep has been a god send and I am feeling focused and strong.
03/08 - 132.4 (-0.7) - Yay! Very close to my mini-goal of 132lb - hopefully see this by Tuesday. I have a night in with my girlfriends tonight with lots of delicious goodies and a few drinks, undoubtedly a greasy breakfast treat tomorrow, then back to the lighter food after that. I've got a fairly active weekend planned so looking to balance it out.
03/09 - no scale - Great night last night but I'm glad I didn't have to step on the scales this morning. Enjoyed my breakfast treat and now I'm off to get some healthy groceries in for the week!
03/10 - 137 (+4.6) - Hahaha didn't think I had THAT much fun on Friday, but apparently I did. Went for a 5km run yesterday, my first since my shoulder injury a month ago, so very happy with that. Did nearly 14000 steps and stuck to my calorie goal as well, despite being a little bit dusty after Friday drinks. A great Saturday all round!
