    What do you do?? I’m doing a 30 day ab challenge, I’m seeing small changes, but my abs are far from this!! Pointers appreciated... You look great!

    Well, we all know abs are made in the kitchen! Diet is key. I do a big meal prep once a month-ish and make 25-30 freezer meals. Everything gets weighed and measured.

    As for fitness, I've never specifically focused on my abs. Any of your compound lifts will work your core (deadlifts, bench press, squats, etc). The first time I had visible abs was before I had my home gym - and all I did back then was planks, pushups and cardio. My current routine is lifting and yoga 3x/week, active rest day circuits 2x/week, and running 2-4 x/week.

    Just be careful when you resume deadlifts.. bad pain sucks
