The number of the scale moves up and down whether or not I'm stepping on it daily for the reminder. Reminder to self to continue tracking streak, reduce snacking on poor choices, drink more water and be active every day in some way shape or form!

03/14 - 147.9 exact same as yesterday! Wins: I logged all of my food for the first time in ages, was 50 calories over my target so not bad for the first day. Drank a lot of water. "Rest" day from the gym but walked at lunch and logged 11,257 steps.

3/14 - 171.2 - 20g carbs, 15g net carbs. Carbs were: steamables golden potatoes (6.5gcarb), salad, deli smoked turkey, manzanilla olives, cucumber ranch dressing, au jus sauce. Okay, my weight has settled here for today. Probably that tiny potato ๐ Dinner was 2 hours later than I planned, due to this HUGE chuck roast I was cooking. It took 2+ hrs in the pressure cooker! with a couple of stops and starts to check it during the process. Should have put the 2nd weight on the pot.

Last round got off to a difficult start but I had a woosh at the end and exceeded my goal by 2 pounds.

This round I'm going to concentrate on staying really hydrated, getting lots of sleep, keeping up my 5 gym days and avoiding wheat/potatoes.
