Food Notes
Went over fat a little bit, but it's so hard to hit my protein without the powder. I don't think it can be done. 1700 seems really conservative. Might have to ask my friend what he thinks my caloric intake should be.
If I had my powder, I'd have nearly hit my protein goal and my carb goal for today.
My starting weight for today is 80kgs. The app says I'll be 75.6 kgs in 5 weeks if I do this same result everyday.

Round #6 for me.
Followed a 1000 calorie diet for the first 5 weeks! Lost some weight during the first 3 rounds but not as much as I expected and the fourth round was Disappointing for me. .. made some changes for the fifth round Still hanging in there. Got some great advice from other members here and will make some changes this round.. did the 5:2 diet, eating free for five days of the week (up to 1800 calories) and the other two days restrict calories to 600 per day. will continue with the 5:2 this round too.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight β but I am finding it difficult!
