Wow my 5th round already, Last month I reached three goals ahead of time. One of the goals would have been for end of March and the other was for April (Easter). I reevaluated my goals and I only have one for Easter. The new goal is to be 201.

03/24 210 starting this round with an increased weight, due to no one else but myself. I was binge eating yesterday so glad this was not worse than what it is. I have to get my head back in it. Doctors appointment tomorrow (check up and blood work). After this will be assessing things and making some changes if necessary.

03/24 - 61.1kg (+1.0) - Expected to be higher than this today! I did a 10 mile trail run yesterday and enjoyed a salty, high-carb, high-cal feast for dinner. Bit dehydrated still too. Plan today: rehydrate and not overeat to compensate for yesterday's exercise!

24 March: 122 lbs * Big delicious meal at a nice London steak house last night with family. I don't do that often so I splurged a little (steak, lobster risotto, a cocktail, bone marrow, creamy spinach...) worth every bite! NSV, I didn't clean my plate and stopped eating when I felt satisfied. I also skipped on dessert and had green tea instead. Back to normal today!
