Lost down to 180 doing lazy keto last spring, but the summer vacations came and then the holidays
and I put all of the weight back on. I am going to be consistant with tracking my food...good or bad...and

So back again for another one. Round 71 I went back and forth between 151 and 150. I expected a pretty good swoosh all week but never saw it. I’m just staying on track and hoping for the best next week. Hoping to finally get back into the 140’s by the end of this round.

03/24 - 289.4 - I walked to church this morning and was glad I made it up the steep hill. I'm getting stronger. It still took my breath away, but the stairs up to the church posed no problem. I plan on walking in an hour for about an hour. Only 14 more pounds to my next milestone goal.

03/24 95.5 usual little weekend bounce. Taking a bit of a maintenance weekend to see if I can get rid of this virus! So no running, no spinning and eating a little more than usual. Although I did spend all day yesterday and today in the garden getting ready for growing season. Have all my veggies down now so looking forward to a lovely summer diet of fresh vegetables from the back garden!

03/24 - No Scale (driving back from Vegas today without a weigh in this morning. I went to bed last night (or this morning) at 445am and I’m exhausted! Friday and Saturday I walked 25000 steps EACH day and I’m not sure how I still have feet! I count those two days as active so I hope the scale isn’t too bad tomorrow morning with all the food I had.)

03/24--213.4 Not sure why the jump on the scale. I ran my 5k this morning! It was a lot better than I thought it would be since during my c25k training I had only ran at most 3.0km. Now I need to get ready to start my training for a 10k in June. After the 5k I had plan to rest/relax for the rest of the day, but I will go out for a walk later this afternoon to help with any soreness. I have a massage booked for Tuesday, so that should help with any residual soreness.

03/24 266.0 I'm down 10 pounds on the year, but its almost April! That's almost 3 months and only 10lbs. Really????? Maybe this will be the round that takes me to the next level where I am losing 1-2lbs a week.

@quiltingjaine That graph is so interesting. Thanks for sharing that. I studied it and I can see what you mean. I know I'm getting a little carried away with my whoosh, and tomorrow I may be closer to yesterday's weight, which would mean my revised, lower goal for this round- based on today's unexpectedly low weigh in- would be more difficult to attain. So perhaps I will revise it up again...but not all the way up? Taking a more mathematical approach rather than emotional, the average of yesterday's and today's weights is 154. Using that as my "true" baseline starting weight for this round, my revised goal can be 153- higher than I am today, but more in keeping with what's realistic, given the fluctuations that will likely occur over the next 9 days.

I joined the last challenge but couldn’t weigh in/post the last part due to travel. And then some unexpected “life happens” things popped up on top of that. I’m in for this one but didn’t weigh in this morning. I’m back home, back to routine. I’m certain my starting weight will be higher than last time and I’m not happy with myself. BUT, that is what it is. Start where you are - so that’s what I’m doing. Will weigh in with a starting weight tomorrow morning. Great challenge and forum and I’m looking forward to being a part of it.10

You don’t need a special formula; so long as your urine is pale yellow to clear, you’re drinking enough. If you have a high-intensity day that leaves your muscles burning, give yourself extra fluids to help replenish.
