    I have tried the C25K app a couple of times in the past but have never got very far with it, but since starting MFP my fitness is improving. I'm using the treadmill (walking at the moment) and have just started Zumba DVDs as well. After reading your story, I am going to push myself to get back to that app and conquer it! I have ordered myself a HRM so I can track what I burn. This time I'm going to do it!

    Congratulations! What a fantastic accomplishment. Your story almost exactly mirrors mine - I'm an inch taller and a year older, but starting weight and goal weight are the same. Turning 40 recently is what made me decide to take this seriously and GET HEALTHY. Not just lose weight, but change my life for the better so I get to enjoy everything with my 5 year old son and can keep up wtih all the fun stuff he wants to do. I don't want to be the fat mom on the sidelines.

    I just started this journey a month ago, but am already making progress and feeling better than I have for a long time. Thanks for sharing your story - it's so inspiring to see someone who started where I was and made it to where I want to be.
