My goals to attain this weight is to workout at least 5 days per week while still being active all 7 days of the week, eat within my calories, and measure myself every 2 weeks with weighing weekly. I like doing group exercise classes, walking on the treadmill, and weight lifting (I'm just getting back into it).
I set small goals weekly and monthly so I can stay motivated. I used to weigh 145lbs in 2015 and my highest weight has been 185lbs. I'm determined to get back to that weight (140s) by the end of the year. Good luck everyone!! Add me if you need active friends!! 💪🏃♀️💗😊🌸2 -

I'm going to join! I'm gonna tentatively set myself for a 10lb goal, but I may increase it or decrease it depending on how I feel later. I'm at that point where I am happy with my body, but I want to lose just a little more so that I can get rid of the last tiny bit of belly fat and finally have the abs I've been working my butt off for. I can feel them, I can barely see them, but they are there. I just don't know how to guess how much weight I actually still have to lose before it becomes too much. So 10 it is, for now. If I still can't see full definition in my abs, I may take another 5 lbs off.
