 This is my 2nd round of this challenge. I was close to my goal but did not meet it. I worked on a Level 5 - 25 pounds for the last challenge and lost a total of 23.8lbs. I love the challenges because they hold me accountable and make me aware of my choices when want to eat and snack. My weigh-in day is a Friday but joining on the first.

            Ok I’m in! Completely fallen off the wagon recently and gained too much back.

 Weekly Goals (May - August):
 Exercise at least 5 days a week or a minimum of 210 exercise minutes: Thursday, Friday. I pulled my back on Saturday, so I was not able to get my exercise in. 🚫
 Meet or stay under calorie goals at least 6 days a week (including eating back exercise calories burned). Ate over in calories and did not track accurately every day. 🚫
 May Goals:
 Reduce alcohol consumption to a maximum of 2 drinks per week (2 pints, or 2 glasses of wine for example) 0/2 so far, will get 1 drink tonight for dinner. ✅
 Definitely a rough week in terms of exercise and food. I am planning my exercise for the rest of the month, and will be more diligent about food. I also feel bloated, so I’m hoping that this gain is partly the bloat and not actual fat.

 From San Diego, formerly from Zimbabwe. Female; 5'2"; 51 years old (until July!); wife of 1 husband (!); Mum of 2 grown boys. Always have been overweight, always struggled with self esteem. Got it all under control in my 40's, then moved and it all upended and here I am starting again.

            Interesting week... I did much better with counting my calories and CICO in general. And after just a couple weeks of strength training I'm down a smidge in weight and surprised by changes in my measurements already, with clothes fitting better, feeling stronger and noticing more balance and hand eye coordination! So all-in-all quite pleased. I love the 'experiment' aspect of this challenge and I get a lot of satisfaction from fine-tuning my program. Thanks to all for traveling this journey with me!!
