    Complete Beginner & First Timer here :)

    5/1: 2x30 sec, modified forearm plank from my PT
    5/3: 2x30 sec, modified forearm plank
    5/6 2x30 sec, modified forearm plank
    They were significantly easier tonight!
    5/7 2x30 sec, now with moving each foot forward & back [seeing a major improvement in just 2-3 weeks] PT said core is fastest muscles to build!!!
    [gap due to real sore stomach muscles)
    5/12 2x30sec tapping toes forward
    5/15 2x30sec tapping toes forward
    5/19 2x30 sec + yoga poses
    5/21 3x30 sec
    5/26 3x30 + 2x30 knee planks
    Off to read all the info at the top now that I can do them!
    5/28 2x15 + 2x30 knee planks/forearms

    May Goal: Minimum 10 mins, Max 15 mins
    Completed 12-1/2

    5:28 Saw PT, she’s having me do four 30-sec forearm/knee planks daily now! Focus on breathing...

    Thanks for the challenge! It was a tough! My yoga teachers have also been doing timed planks in class. I’ve seen my improvement in class as a result of doing this challenge.

    I have a correction to make - I got confused at the end of the month. I decided in advance to have a day off on Friday 31st so put my last update in on Thursday 30th pm, but then got confused and added an extra 5.5 minutes on the end of the list. So my total was about 124 minutes.
