I went through a frozen blueberry stage, I actually stopped buying them because I kept going back for more until the bag was gone! Not that it's a huge calorie dent, it's just more than I should be eating!
Roasted and pan cooked radishes with tons of spices. I have been using different spice blends to give different flavors (garlic onion, salt n vinegar, sea salt and italian seasoning, onion and chives, BBQ seasoning, with TJ everything bagel seasoning, etc) I love that they come out having a similar texture to potatoes.
Poached eggs and avocado on toast with sweet chilli sauce.

I went through a sweet chili phase where I put that sauce on everything. It's been about 5 years, but still love sweet chili, just don't use it as much now! I had also ended up visiting London during my sweet chili phase and was surprised how much more popular sweet chili flavored items were over there than they are in the US.
I reckon I could literally eat anything if I had enough hot sauce

Me too! Except I defect to Team Tabasco regularly too! Don’t know what it is about actual Sriracha, but I’m just not keen. Although I do have a Green Sriracha made by a company called The Sauce Shop which is becoming a favourite. 😋
