    Thinly sliced apples!

Mocha! 18 oz (decaf) coffee, 1 high-protein, low-calorie chocolate shake, 2 tbsp PB2, 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Nesquik. I microwave the protein shake for 2 minutes, pour in a 30 oz stainless steel Yeti-type mug, mix in the PB2 & Nesquik (stir well), then pour in the coffee & stir. It's delicious, replaces a meal, & holds me over until the next mealtime or more. 265 calories, 38 grams of protein, & 17 grams of carbs.

There’s a Mexican rotisserie chicken place up the street that is to die for. That’s the only thing on the menu- whole chicken, half chicken or chicken tacos.

Sometimes we buy a chicken and I get it home and feel like burying my face in it like a dog would. Those are some high protein days.
