I love the flavor of cottage cheese but often get put off by the texture. I blend it smooth with an immersion blender. I love it!!! So good as is, as a spread/dip spirinkled with flaky salt or lightly sweetneed with a dash of vanilla.

Can be a new product you're loving or a simple ingredient you can't live without.

Me? Coconut manna. Love it! Also into homemade cucumber feta dip with fresh vegetables ...

Nice! What is coconut manna? Is it the same as coconut butter and how do you like to eat it? Sounds yummy and would like to try it out :)

Manna is basically just unrefined coconut butter :)

Look into goat or sheep products. Excellent stuff. I got my mom to switch from cows dairy to goat for milk and yogurt and cheese and her bloating is gone.

Thanks - I should try it (the yogurt and cottage cheese if I can find) I do love a good Chèvre!
I was finding I'd get an eczema flare around my eyes after a few days of consuming cottage cheese....

I'm on a salt & pepper snacks kick. Usually it's predominantly salt & pepper cashews, but this time it's all about salt & pepper potato chips :yum:cxuers03n2cx.png

I had no clue they made that flavor but I bet they are delicious! I am not usually a big chip person but I LOVE anything salt n pepper. Salt n pepper cashews are like crack, I always end up using my calories to eat the whole bag/tin so I can't buy them LOL. :D Salt n pepper peanuts and pistachios are also incredible.

    Scotch and bourbon.

I've been expanding my colections and doing daily tastings wc I'm sure are responsible for my creeping wt gain over the past few months, despite still logging and weighing myself daily.

I know the "solution" 2 this problem (been there, done that more than once) but I'm just not ready to make the chgs necessary yet vut will do so in time.

I am obsessed with cottage cheese, as of tomorrow, as an antidote to all the stuff I’ve eaten this week.

Some clear soup or broth would be nice, too.
