Kind Bar just came out with these "Energy Bars" that are gluten free. Like a (mostly) naturally sweetened cookie with five whole grains. Being Celiac, very tough to find processed food that is decent, has whole grains and little sugar. These are great and come in Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate (and Peanut Butter/Dark Chocolate in one kind) and a few other varieties. Like only 220 calories, 8g of protein, five grams of fiber. Not too bad on added sugar either.

I used to not be very fond of Kind Bars but these are great.

I'm actually on an entire Granola obsession right now. These just fit in that general area.

A lot have dairy, which my wife can't eat. Luckily, she's not as allergic to Cow Dairy as I am with gluten, so these bars have the "made in a facility with milk" normal disclaimer, which she can do. We try to buy things that both of us can eat. But Thank You, I will check that out!

Her thing she's obsessed with is the Jolly Lama Ice Cream Bars -- amazing dairy free, gluten free Ice Cream Sugar Cones. She's going to have to track again if she keeps it up!

Small portions of food with tons of flavor, like bulgogi, daikon radish, etc. And any kind of salads for breakfast instead of the usual breakfast foods. (I'm trying to get past my sweet tooth by shoving everything healthy in gullet instead). lol I have to say, salads for breakfast are far more satiating and I'm not left feeling sleepy after eating it (unlike when I eat sugar/carbs).

Maybe I'm going back to childhood, but I bought some of these healthy pushup popsicles a few months ago made with just juice and fruit. They were delicious with all the recent heat. Then, Fry's stopped carrying them.

So I bought my own wrappers off of Amazon and made my own healthy pushup popsicles with the plastic. I'll likely get some reusable ones next (not a big fan of disposable plastic). Made grape with frozen grapes and Juicy Juice, Berry ones with frozen berries/honey and DF Kite Hill Yogurt and some Orange ones too with honey, frozen OJ and yogurt. Made like 30 of them. Tried them last night and they were great.

Really nutty flavor! Kind of like walnut oil... Great on vanilla ice cream and squash! Or drizzled on salads
