This is the first time I have been honest about logging after a night out. Usually I would just ignore it and start again after the weekend. This is why I am not succeeding. I have to be honest with myself and realize that I can’t just ignore beer and sugar and pretend like it’s not going to affect my weight. I have to really want to do this.2 -
