    Appetite less - AGAIN I learn: high fiber, low sodium helps me so much!
    I upp’d protein to 15-25% because I read people my age need more protein.

    This is the first time I have been honest about logging after a night out. Usually I would just ignore it and start again after the weekend. This is why I am not succeeding. I have to be honest with myself and realize that I can’t just ignore beer and sugar and pretend like it’s not going to affect my weight. I have to really want to do this.

    Health for me is reducing arthritic flair up from old sports injuries and lowering my abdominal fat to reduce the chronic diseases that come with it.
    Exercise is never the problem- sugar and bingeing are.
