Changing up my macros to ketogenic goals. I felt my best when eating that way- my arthritis has worsened since introducing more carbohydrates into my diet.
Macro goals:
20g carbs
160g protein
125g fat
5%C 35%P 60%F
The protein is higher than recommenced to be truly ketotic but I think I need to be higher because of my age and workouts.
We’ll see how I feel after 2 weeks and adjust from there.
