    Changing up my macros to ketogenic goals. I felt my best when eating that way- my arthritis has worsened since introducing more carbohydrates into my diet.
    Macro goals:
    20g carbs
    160g protein
    125g fat

    5%C 35%P 60%F
    The protein is higher than recommenced to be truly ketotic but I think I need to be higher because of my age and workouts.
    We’ll see how I feel after 2 weeks and adjust from there.

    Wednesday- I know that I wasn’t even close today ☹️ Spending the day with my husband ALWAYS ends up in me eating sugar which turns into a free for all. I am disappointed in myself.

    Wow. On the road July 3. Knew my calories were high but OMG the fat, sat Fat, Sodium.
