Goals : Carbs<20g; Protein 160g; Fat 125g
Tuesday- 155g carbs 😮 90g protein ☹️ 105g fat 😐 Not proud of my diet today. Eating with abandon. Not respecting my body 🥺
Wednesday- I know that I wasn’t even close today ☹️ Spending the day with my husband ALWAYS ends up in me eating sugar which turns into a free for all. I am disappointed in myself.

Tuesday July 23- Carbs 199g 😳; Protein 78g; Fat 75g Went a little nuts with sugar today. Not feeling like myself. Trying to calm my mind.
Wednesday July 24- Carbs 50g 🤗; Protein 133g; Fat 150g Happy with this. Felt better today. Very satisfied with good fats- avocado, sesame oil, homemade salt and pepper ribs1 -
New goals:
1. No eating out: salt, lack of hygiene, can’t track exactly.
2. Sat Fat <= 20g
3. Carb <= 225g
4. Fiber between 23 & 30
5 Sodium < 1,500mg ♥️

Thursday July 25- Fasted. My food allergies causing hives are through the roof right now. Not sure what triggered it this time. Trying to reset. Really not all that hungry throughout the day.1
