    July 2/19- July 7/19

    Goals : Carbs<20g; Protein 160g; Fat 125g

    Tuesday- 155g carbs 😮 90g protein ☹️ 105g fat 😐 Not proud of my diet today. Eating with abandon. Not respecting my body 🥺

    Wednesday- I know that I wasn’t even close today ☹️ Spending the day with my husband ALWAYS ends up in me eating sugar which turns into a free for all. I am disappointed in myself.

    Thursday- 74g carbs 😐; 109g protein 😑; 118g fat 🙂 Much better today 💃🏻

    @MadisonMolly2017 You will do it. I have not followed a straight path since starting this challenge but you helped me stay accountable to reviewing how I have done most days! We all need a reboot every once in a while.
