What is something you can’t believe people enjoy doing?

I know people that are proud of their ignorance. They brag about how they aren't going to learn about something, which is useful, just because everyone else knows about it. For example, computers. So people are proud that they don't know anything about computers and refuse to learn. Why?7

Being a stay at home parent. I have respect for those who thrive on it, that *kitten* is hard.5

I don't understand playing video games for hours. I've known people whose only hobby is gaming....I just don't get it.8

I need to feel like I am accomplishing something with my hobbies.1 -
When people only share food pics (or worse coffee pics) when they are on vacation in an amazing naturally beautiful part of the world. I want to see the natural wonders of the the places I'll probably never visit, not your coffee. (An IRL friend did this to me the other week)7

I feel like mine's a little "lighter" but I don't understand people who enjoy rough/tent camping for more than like two days. Not being able to get a hot luxurious bath and sleep in a comfortable bed for more than 1 night makes me into a miserable wretched person, so I can't fathom some of my equally high maintenance girlfriends being fine with 5-7 days in the wild. I love hiking & being outside but at the end of the day I'll choose a $60 bare bones motel room every single time.11

Dancing, I just don't get it. Your surrounded by people, the music is blaring, and your working your butt off to stay in rhythm with your partner. Like...why? The only fun sounding thing about that, being close with your partner.
If you want to be close, you can do just as well watching the stars together, or snuggling on the couch. Why all the extra stimulation?9 -
Strip clubs....I will never understand.14

Drinking coffee. 😵6

Bunjee jumping, skydiving, anything involving putting your life in danger for a "thrill"...?4

I so agree. I've never enjoyed dancing. When I was younger I faked it, but as I got older I just stopped and said no thanks.3 -

Running. Like, as a necessary evil to achieve goals, yes. For fun? Good lord, no.5

Same. I do like watching movies/TV but when people binge watch a different series all weekend, every weekend, or watch like 14 old VHS movies in a single weekend (friends of ours actually did this last weekend while at a rented cabin) I'm confused. It's not a judgy thing just very weird to me because I can't imagine. I like to watch a movie then do something else.0 -

I love every kind of dance, well maybe not the polka. My Dad and I did ballroom dance together, I do belly dance. I not only hear the music, I feel it. My body naturally moves to it.
I've always been leery of people who are listening to music and staying perfectly still. 😯6 -

OMG, this. The hot dog eating contest on the Fourth of July? Makes me gag/dry heave just watching it.3 -
Fishing, I just do not get the appeal of catching a live animal, throwing it back in and repeat.10

I don't get the horse people who have to buy all of that equipment and food and take care of the horses and board them and/or have a bunch of land and a barn and horse trailer and...
actually I feel the same way about people who have human kids. But that's just me. I am endlessly glad/grateful that so many people DO have kids and take good care of them, including my own parents!8 -
Extreme mountain climbing, like Everest and stuff like that.4

Agree so much! I feel like I'm wasting time and it's really not meaningful or very entertaining. I would love for someone to explain to me why they spend their time like this and what value it adds. I'm sure it helps some people relax but it makes me antsy because I'm not doing anything!1 -
