I mix it with Blue Plate sandwich spread, black pepper and onion powder. Taste great, the spread is sweet because relish is in it. Not 100% fat like mayo. About 70 calories per tablespoon0

I normally use Miracle Whip - but I only use 1.5 tbsp to a full 5oz can of tuna (just 60 cals). I've also done the EVOO and lemon juice thing, which was pretty good, but I prefer my Miracle Whip.0

celery, tomato & a squeeze of lemon or sometimes relish0

When I make a tuna sandwich I mix up chopped onions, chopped celery, mustard and worcestershire sauce. And sometimes I put in a bit of horseradish sauce.0

Philadelphia cream cheese is nice. I was out of mayo, tried that and it surprised me.0

Mustard, I actually prefer it over mayo, or it allows you to just add a tiny bit of mayo. But Tuna and Mustard is pretty much my go-to now!0

3 can tuna mixed with 1/8 cup diced red onion, 1Tbsp dill relish, 1-2Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes, season with garlic powder & lemon juice, all on a low-calorie flatbread with greens.0
