not me but volume and eating too little has never ever been my issue.

but there are many others who do. My recommendation:
    A) make sure you actually are eating too little
1 - make sure you set a reasonable goal for calories (and eat back reasonable estimate of exercise calories).
2 - make sure you are using a food scale for all foods and carefully selecting entires
3 - never use entires like "1 apple". if you are making a recipe use recipe builder don't use something like a random chili recipe in database

You may find you are in fact eating enough.

But If you truly are NOT eating enough then:
1 - avoid low fat, low cal foods. use full fat yogurt, milk, ect.
2 - eat calorie dense foods, so you don't need to eat more in quantity but you get all yoru calories.
    here is a list https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10142490/a-list-of-calorie-dense-foods/p1
3 - use your healthy oils and such in your meals. add cheese to your veggies. ect.

Welcome to the MFP Community. :) Is there any reason you're limiting sugar? 15 g is pretty low, especially if you eat even one piece of fruit. Whole fruit is good for you since it has fiber and vitamins, so don't be too scared of the sugars.

Perhaps you're interested in trying a low-carb or even keto lifestyle? If so here are some links that might help:

Pay attention to getting enough fat and protein. The carbs and sugars can be up or down -- their numbers do not matter much.

Yes, I cut carbs, due to health issue, and I'm full, can't seem to eat more, but having to force more just to keep my calories at my minimum calorie goal.

Also when cutting sugar, better place to ask questions, get tips, or advice is The Low Carber Daily Forum group.

But, I've been making coconut oil, unsweetened peanut butter, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, and stevia fat bombs to get more calories in. 100 calories each, only 2 carbs.

You only need to watch sugar if you have a medical condition. Otherwise just watch your calories and possibly protein. The rest will take care of themselves.

    Welcome!
What are your goals? Are you trying to lose or gain weight, and is that happening? Why are you keeping your sugar that low? How long has this been a problem?
Knowing the reasons behind your choices will make it easier to give suggestions

I find nuts and seeds really easy to overeat, they are very calorie dense so maybe this would be something for you to consider? Can you add more cooking oil/dressing/sauce to the meals you're eating?
