Lose 20lbs by Dec. 1st Accountability Buddies

I started one of these challenges like a year ago....I failed miserably. But WOW, so many people kicked butt and lost 20lbs and more. It was amazing. I'm starting back after being off the diet wagon, again. But one thing I do have going for me is being STUBBORN and not giving up, so who's with me?!
How does it work:
Join simply by commenting/replying below. Click on the ⭐ to save this discussion.
It's very informal, check in weekly with your weight. First weigh in Aug 4th, 18 weeks to Dec. 1st. Any day/format you feel comfortable with. Feel free to post about positive accomplishments (scale related or not), things you're struggling with, funny/uplifting posts, etc.
Just don't be a jerk.... That's my only rule :-)

    I am new to this app, how do I join your challenge? I am great with working out, not so much with my food plan....I really need a healthy competition and/or fun with others on the same path.

    I just edited my post to answer your question. Basically, you're in! Just a reply that you're joining and post weekly to stay accountable. I keep a running tally by week number of my weight and cut and paste weekly. But whatever format you're comfortable with. Welcome!

    In the last year, I've put on almost 3 stone due to the menopause. I've lost 2 stone of that - thank goodness but the last stone is proving tough. Joining a challenge is just what I need
