I need advice:
I try to eat 25% carbs, 35% fat, 40% protein. But I'm having difficulties getting all that protein. I drink premier protein shakes, eat zone bars, chicken (so much chicken), fish, pork tenderloin, eggs, cottage cheese. What else can I eat? Jerky is a bit pricy but I'll eat it if it's in sale. TIA
