    Back again! I've been on MFP for about 3 weeks, but really stepped it up a gear in terms of actually exercising (I'm new to that!). Have been walking every day aiming for moderate pace between 30 mins and an hour as well as following these challenges on MFP!
    Happy to say I weighed in this morning and have gone from 15 stone 8lbs to 14 stone 7 lbs! On track to lose 20lbs by December 1st!
    I hope everyone is having a good week and dw of not, you can always turn it around :-)

    First update! I'm taking a cruise the week of 11/17 and I'm planning on not being responsible. So I guess I'll need to get 30 off to make up for the 10 lbs I'll gain back!

    Excited about still managing to lose this week despite a business trip where I missed 60% of my weekly workouts and definitely went over calorie budgets on a couple days. I just tried to be reasonable and not go crazy and go off the rails. Really excited I still made progress!
