    W8 9/22: 248.4. Down .2 from last week. Best this week was 247.0 yesterday and Friday, but I way overdid it tailgating yesterday. The team won 72-20. No tailgating the next 3 weekends, but it is our anniversary and my birthday next week, then back to back weddings the next two weekends.

    W9 9/29: 246.4, best 245.6 yesterday. It’s my anniversary today and my birthday on Wednesday!

    W10 10/6: out of town. 246.8 on the 4th, 248.4 on the 7th.

    W11 10/13: 244.4. Best this week: 243.6 yesterday. Down 2 lbs from my last “official” weigh in 2 weeks ago. Yesterday marked the last of my 3 week long “event” period, with my wedding anniversary, my birthday, and 2 weddings. The previous 2 weeks were basically maintenance weeks, but i feel I’m back on track this week and ready to keep moving forward.

    W12 10/20: 245.4. I’m up a pound from last week, but I am down an inch from my waist and an inch and a half from my hips, so there is that. And I’ve lost 16.5 this challenge and 26.5 total. Back to tailgating next week, then 2 consecutive 13 hour days for conferences the next week. Fun stuff.

    W6 9/9: 147.0 has been a rough couple of weeks. Hopefully I can get it together and lose that last 10 pounds that I need to.
    W7 9/16: 146.3 down from last Monday and I think I would have even been lower, but TOM is showing up today.
    W8 9/23: 145.4 finally back on track and moving back down on the scale.
    W9 9/30: 145.9 was 140.9 yesterday, but had way to much alcohol and snack foods for the Cowboys game last night.

    W10 10/7: 143.2 My lowest Monday so far. Finally maybe I can make some progress this month!
    W11 10/14: 142.8 So happy that I am finally seeing some movement downwards.
    W12 10/21: 143.9 I had a really good weekend as you can see. Had a really nice drive to see the leave changing and ate at a couple of restaurants yesterday.

    W7 9/15: 202.9 - Not obese anymore!! Just severely overweight 😂💪Next goal is to be under 200lb by the end of September!
    W8 9/22: 200 - was 199.5lb yesterday woooohoo! It's going! I started going to the gym now as well! 10.8lbs down since the beginning of this challenge; I'm gonna crush this 20lb goal!
    W9 9/29: 198.4 - I went out to eat last night and feel like I may be retaining some water but overall, a good week! Bring it, October! I'm ready for your Thanksgiving and Halloween temptations lol.

    W10 10/6: 196.2 14.6lbs down since the start of the challenge yessss! Now to drop the water from the weekend!
    W11 10/13: 193.1 Now this was a great week and I got rid of the water ;D I just realized I'm 3lbs away from my challenge goal weight so I'll need to reevaluate 😁 Down 17.7lbs since beginning this challenge 😁😁
    W12 10/20: 192.5 My goal is to reach 20lbs lost by the end of this month! Down 18.3lbs so far!

    I've fallen off the diet wagon and was debating going back on here, but so many of you are kicking total *kitten* on this challenge! And I'm sure I'm not the only one to NOT be kicking so much, or any *kitten*. This challenge isn't just for the winners, it's for everyone... Even those who struggle like myself.

    Wk 7 9/15 - 164.2 lbs
    Wk 8 9/22 - 164.4 lbs, technically last Friday when I started with MFP again, I was at 166 lbs, so I’m ok with this. Plus I have given up the massive amounts of sugar that I’m used to consuming which meant I had a massive migraine for 3 days and could barely function. I’m off the hooch, (and by hooch I mean those 1.25 liters of Coke and candy everyday) and feeling so much better.
    Wk 9 9/29 - 162.4 lbs
    Wk 10 10/6 - 161.4 lbs
    Wk 11 10/13 - 160.8 lbs - I’ve been bouncing around all week because my youngest is celebrating his birthday tomorrow and we had family parties and whatnot all week. Hopefully this coming week will be a little better. Also celebrating more than 30 days with no soda! I’m so excited!
    Wk 12 10/20 - no weigh in
    Wk 13 10/27 - 160.2 lbs - depression has gotten the best of me recently so this month has not been the best for having a loss. I’m going to be ok with this though and try to just remember that I lost a little/maintained and it will be ok. I highly doubt I can lost 10 lbs by the 1st of December but I will try.

    I hope to lose a stone so around 14lbs. Ambitious but hey aim for the moon...if you miss you'll hit a star.

    Uhhh, really nice.
    I don't need to lose 20 pounds more like 16, but I am in. Woould be really cool. I had my personal challenge to make it until December, 15th. But 1st would be even better. :) How are you guys doing so far?

    Hi all, just wanted to share the progress of my weight loss journey and because I hit the -20 lbs challenge weight today, along with -80 lbs. since I started April 6th of this year. I'm still going to continue with this challenge and may even float about the 200 lb mark, but I am there as of today anyway. I'm now 20 lbs away from my ultimate goal of -100 lbs. :)
