I started this adventure back in May as I was at my heaviest. I wasn' feeling good and my confidence was in the toilet. I was to get married in July and to be honest I didn't want to look back at photos from my wedding day and be completely unhappy with how I looked. I am a full time EMT so unfortunately I have a pretty inactive job. I used to work out a lot but right now I am finding that eating an very low calorie/low carb diet is working for me. When I start to work out I feel like I have to double my intake and I usually end up plateauing instead. I'm currently focused on weight loss. I will focus on toning later.
August 8th: 184.6
August 13th: 182.8 I'm not doing much to really lose weight at this point.
August 31st: 181
I did't track much this month. I was having a really hard time getting in the swing of things.
Total Loss for August……………… -3.6lbs.
September 4th: 181 Still not doing much, I keep saying tomorrow but my will power to walk away from the junk food in the EMS rooms has not been there.
September 8th: 179.6 I'm getting there
September 9th: 179.2 been walking away from the junk food:)
September 16th: 178.8 super excited that I'm still making this happen but i need to step it up
September 22nd: 177.8 even better. Finally drinking sufficient amounts of water
September 24th: 177.2 Every little bit counts
September 25th 175.6 I have been really good about walking away from the junk food. Trust me this can be really hard at 2am. This is really exciting! I haven't been below 180 since 2012.
September 30th:173.4 had a few beers on Saturday and went out for Mexican food on Sunday. Slacked on O2 consumption the last few days.

08/17: 142.1 I have not been doing great this last week. Monday I’m back on track I matter what.
08/24: 142.1 same as last week but that’s ok. The last couple of weeks I have not been on my best game!
