When I first found this thread, back in June, I started posting here after dinner. That's what has allowed me to reach 57 days without snacking at night. It had been a horrible mindless habit. I don't know if it is for you, too. 😉

@LyndaBSS stated above that she posts here after dinner. I have found her method works for me, too. I have been checking in at bedtime. My munchy period is midnight to 2 am - when the pupper gets restless. Between my prior post committing to no snacking and maintaining my deficit, the urge to snack is disappearing!
