Logically I know it'll go off again but gutted that I got into the next stone bracket and am now not! Steps still high yesterday so keeping on going! Guess my body is adjusting to the diet and not losing weight in shock now!

20 September 304.8 Struggling with plantar fasciitis (severe heel pain) today. Itβs been coming for a couple of weeks but I tried to work through it. Big mistake. Desperate to get my steps in but itβs unbelievably painful. Ice is helping and Iβve bought a kit from Amazon. Fingers crossed it helps. Will be delighted if I manage to get down to 300 this month let alone my overly optimistic 299!
21 September 305.4 Could be the lack of movement yesterday, could be because I didn't drink enough, could be natural fluctuations. Whatever it is I'm sticking with it. The almost permanent icing of my foot seems to be really helping but I'm going to take it easy again today just in case!2 -

Guess my body is adjusting to the diet and not losing weight in shock now!

Desperate to get my steps in but itβs unbelievably painful. Ice is helping and Iβve bought a kit from Amazon. Fingers crossed it helps. Will be delighted if I manage to get down to 300 this month let alone my overly optimistic 299!
21 September 305.4 Could be the lack of movement yesterday, could be because I didn't drink enough, could be natural fluctuations. Whatever it is I'm sticking with it. The almost permanent icing of my foot seems to be really helping but I'm going to take it easy again today just in case!
