Target goal weight 180 (maybe, that's subject to change as I haven't given much thought to where I want to be ultimately, just the little targets along the way!)
1 September - 312.5 exceeded 10k steps today for the first time since I started!

3 September 311.7 feeling rubbish today. Think I have a nasty cold coming! Only just met my step goal too.
4 September 310.9 yay for going in the right direction again!
5 September 310.1 small loss but still good for THAT time of month! Step goal met and exceeded too! I will get less fat!
6 September 308.8 delighted with that and I think it's down to the extra walking. There has to be some bonus to heaving all this weight around, and that's it, walking burns the calories!
7 September 307.9 over the moon to read this on the scale this morning and actually did a little victory dance when the scale updated my status here. I'm in the next stones bracket! Started in 23 now (just) in 21 😁😁😁😁 stupidly delighted and also scared of wrecking it!
8 September 308.1 lol, couldn’t really expect it to go down again today even though I’ve stuck to my plan. More steps today to see if it helps tomorrow 😊
9 September 309.5 😔 so I knew it couldn't constantly go down but guessing that's my TOM water weight hitting. Logically I know it'll go off again but gutted that I got into the next stone bracket and am now not! Steps still high yesterday so keeping on going! Guess my body is adjusting to the diet and not losing weight in shock now!
10 September 308.0 Thank goodness for that! I knew in my head it couldn't be a gain but seeing the numbers go up wasn't nice! Glad they're back down even if not in the bracket yet!

20 September 304.8 Struggling with plantar fasciitis (severe heel pain) today. It’s been coming for a couple of weeks but I tried to work through it. Big mistake. Desperate to get my steps in but it’s unbelievably painful. Ice is helping and I’ve bought a kit from Amazon. Fingers crossed it helps. Will be delighted if I manage to get down to 300 this month let alone my overly optimistic 299!
21 September 305.4 Could be the lack of movement yesterday, could be because I didn't drink enough, could be natural fluctuations. Whatever it is I'm sticking with it. The almost permanent icing of my foot seems to be really helping but I'm going to take it easy again today just in case!

26 September 301.2 Triple Woohoo! Can’t quite figure out how this is happening but not complaining! Even if I don’t get to my goal of being at 299 in 4 days I’m still delighted with this! Might be a bit more realistic next month 😂

12 September - 166.0 lbs - Hanging in there. I'm going for my last camping trip of the summer tonight and won't be able to weigh in again until Monday. In the meantime, I am going to do my best and try to see a loss on Monday. Wish me luck!

I anticipated a gain because I ate a little over my calorie allotment and I barely moved because I was so tired but that didn’t happen. 😁 I’m just going to take that as a win and try to get back on track today.

25 September - 140.9 I weighed multiple times this morning. I did a 24 hour fast yesterday and only ate about 600 calories, so I am sure I will have a bounce up. I would be happy ending the month at 141 or 140 though.
26 September - 142.0 I knew I would go up a bit, but it's really only 1.1 pounds, so I am not going to complain.
27 September - 142.0 just a couple more ounces and I will make my goal for this month!
28 September - 140.9 another low calorie day and not enough water. It will probably bounce back up a bit tomorrow. Need to stay good through the darn weekend!

16 September -146.3 TOM is showing up today and the chips and dip I decided to snack on all day probably didn't help.
17 September - 146.3 Day 2 and feel like crap. Major water retention, my ring barely fit this am
18 September - 145.7 a little movement, not much though. Hormones will be the death of me!
19 September - 143.7 finally a whoosh. Now maybe I will see a decent drop tomorrow.
20 September - 142.8 another great drop. I’m back to where I was before month long break. Now to get some progress made and get under 140!
21 September - 143.7 up a bit today from restaurant sodium. Chinese for a surprise lunch date with the hubby.
22 September - 143.7 drank to much yesterday so will probably be up tomorrow a bit, did well on food though.
23 September -145.4 normal Monday fluctuation. Lower than last Monday so I am ok with it.
24 September - 144.3 and back down we go. Really looking to finish this month strong. It sucks the last day is a Monday this month.
25 September - 140.9 I weighed multiple times this morning. I did a 24 hour fast yesterday and only ate about 600 calories, so I am sure I will have a bounce up. I would be happy ending the month at 141 or 140 though.
26 September - 142.0 I knew I would go up a bit, but it's really only 1.1 pounds, so I am not going to complain.
27 September - 142.0 just a couple more ounces and I will make my goal for this month!
28 September - 140.9 another low calorie day and not enough water. It will probably bounce back up a bit tomorrow. Need to stay good through the darn weekend!
29 September - 140.9 I may end the month today, but super stoked! Today the Cowboys play and it’s going to be a rough day. Happy with this month though!
30 September - 145.9 not using this weight as my end of he month one. I am using the 140.9 as my month end. Didn't want to cheat and not be accountable for my actions yesterday, but I obviously didn't gain 5 pounds since yesterday. I did have a blast though and drink way way to much. On to October and hopefully get into a new decade. I dropped my trend weight almost 3 pounds this month and lost 2.7 pounds.3 -

Feeling a bit annoyed - my quite new set of scales is on the blink. For the last couple of days, it's been weighing all over the place from one minute to the next.
It has a new battery, and on a hard, flat surface, but just not behaving.
I'm a bit disappointed to not be able to officially weigh in for the end of the month, but happy with my progress anyway - I was on track, and I have noticed some clothes fitting differently, so that's good.
I'll be returning to scales for repair/replacement, so will join in another challenge thread when that's sorted - I found it really helpful to keep me focussed.3 -

12 September - 166.0 lbs - Hanging in there. I'm going for my last camping trip of the summer tonight and won't be able to weigh in again until Monday. In the meantime, I am going to do my best and try to see a loss on Monday. Wish me luck!

25 September - 162.0 lbs - I’m taking it easy today. I had a horrible night terror last night and only managed 3-4 hours of “sleep”. I’m so exhausted, I’m tempted to break my no soda streak just to get through the day...
26 September - 161.8 lbs - I made it though the day yesterday with no soda, so my streak is unbroken. I anticipated a gain because I ate a little over my calorie allotment and I barely moved because I was so tired but that didn’t happen. 😁 I’m just going to take that as a win and try to get back on track today.
27 September - 161.6 lbs - I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop... lol!
28 September - 162.4 lbs - there’s that other shoe! 🤣 Honestly though, I am super happy because we went to a buffet for dinner last night for my brother-in-laws birthday and I didn’t stuff myself and I didn’t pig out on the sugar afterwards. All in all, I will take it. Just no more gaining please. Lol!
29 September - 162.4 lbs - Hey, I did say no more gaining so I can’t complain. 😜 Another plus, today is two weeks with no soda! I’ve had only water these last two weeks except for one 6 oz glass of moscato the other night. I’m so proud of myself! I never thought I would break the sugar cycle.
