    @ajhouse We’re on the same page! My goal weight is also 125. I’m planning a maintenance range of 124-128. Like you, I’m always happy to see 120-something on the scale. 🙂 Keep up the good work!

    @kellycz My goal weight is 125. I would like to set maintenance between 122-125, but I am happy as long as I stay in the 120s for now. I really need to find some time and some jogging or other exercise back in, to help with the last few pounds, to tone, and I just feel better having that time.

    I totally agree. When I saw the donuts I thought about how overly sweet the donut would be and that considering how many calories each donut was it wasn't even worth it.

    Since about a month after I started Keto/LCHF, the things I HAVE tried again just no longer taste good.
