Excellent advice! Save the sugar you’d consume with alcohol for the “good candy” you get from your kids! Haha!3 -

Tonight shouldn't be too much of a temptation. Happy to have made it this far, two months ago the thought of being sober for a whole weekend let alone a whole month would have been laughable. Thanks for the accountability, everyone!7 -

26 days AF out of 31... some kind of record for me.
I have felt SO much better this month, more than I expected. Reading all your stories, all tackling the challenge in different ways, but recognising similar situations too, has been very helpful, as has occasionally checking in. Well done all8 -

I did it! 31 out of 31 days AF. I probably have not been AF for this many consecutive days since I was last pregnant 26 year ago.
Moving on to No Drinks November and No Sweets November! Still need to commit to giving up Diet Coke one of these days, but work is hell right now so I would be setting myself up for failure.
I really appreciate everyone allowing me to check in and be accountable. I am not sure what clicked in October, but it worked. I don't think I missed a day of checking in here the whole month.8 -
