    So, folks what happened to my spoiler? I am sorry, I struggle with technical stuff; blame my age (I'm a granny too!!), I'm not as young as some of you whizz kids, hehe. Could someone please be kind enough to point me in the right direction again, sorry to be a pain xxx

    You need to put the word, lowercase, in square brackets. [ spoiler ] (no spaces between word and bracket) at the start and [ /spoiler ] (again, no spaces) at the end.

    JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 91 (round 23 for me ) yes, I'm in for another round, not quite as much holiday weight lost last round as I'd like due to my own sabotage towards the end, I am always so annoyed at myself after a binge, don't know why I let food rule my life!
    Onwards and upwards in a new round - Just 20 days to go before our cheeky pre-Brexit break on The Algarve, must get these extra pounds off for then ! I can if I stay strong !!

    Female age 61 5' 4โ€

    Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight โ€“ I'm working at it โ€“ it's a permanent way of life !

    You need to put the โ€˜spoilerโ€™ at the beginning, and โ€˜/spoilerโ€™ at the end, inside square brackets [ ]

    Goals are simple this - 2 lb loss
    1 - 2 lb loss
    2 - Intermittent Fasting 18/6 x 3 times a week
    3 - Gym alternate days
    4 - Walk
    5 - Stick to the "plan"
