Round 91

Please join us! Starting on 09/30 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 91
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.

Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 91 (round 23 for me ) yes, I'm in for another round, not quite as much holiday weight lost last round as I'd like due to my own sabotage towards the end, I am always so annoyed at myself after a binge, don't know why I let food rule my life!
Onwards and upwards in a new round - Just 20 days to go before our cheeky pre-Brexit break on The Algarve, must get these extra pounds off for then ! I can if I stay strong !!

    Female age 61 5' 4โ€

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight โ€“ I'm working at it โ€“ it's a permanent way of life !

Round goal โ€“ lose holiday gain,; be mindful of what I eat & drink and keep walking.

Thanks so much Grandma Jackie, I really appreciate you putting these challenges together.

So, folks what happened to my spoiler? I am sorry, I struggle with technical stuff; blame my age (I'm a granny too!!), I'm not as young as some of you whizz kids, hehe. Could someone please be kind enough to point me in the right direction again, sorry to be a pain xxx

You need to put the word, lowercase, in square brackets. [ spoiler ] (no spaces between word and bracket) at the start and [ /spoiler ] (again, no spaces) at the end.

Just joined a gym and made an appointment with a really great PT. Looking to lower my body fat % and replace with more lean muscle mass. Tone up! Yesterday was a good day. Did 35 mins on the elliptical and moderate walking for 60 mins. Was my cardio day. Am thinking its a decent start ๐Ÿ˜Š
