    Dec 6 I am committed to my goals today.
    Dec 7 I am proud of my efforts today

    Dec 10 I am patient and grateful.
    Dec 11 I am grateful for life, I am peaceful

    Dec 22 I am making progress towards my goals
    Dec 23 I am taking care of myself
    Dec 24 I am able to relax and comfort myself without using food
    Dec 25 I am humble enough to accept criticism and consider it objectively
    Dec 26 I am prioritizing what brings me joy

    Dec 5 I am at peace with food.
    Dec 6 I am healthy. 0.93! I am a normal weight!
    Dec 7 BMI 23.2 You are normal. Normal. I am owning & celebrating my normal-ness.
    Dec 8 I am buoyed by nature - even in difficult times, it inspires & transports me. Grateful for this.
    Dec 9 I am grateful that I enjoy walking. The clouds were amazing !
    Dec 10 I am stronger than I think I am.
    Dec 11 I love myself too much to gain weight.
    Dec 12 I am strong & calm. I can handle what comes my way.

    Dec 17 I am happy, I am healthy, I am normal.
    Dec 18 I make good, healthy choices. I am in charge of my food - food is not the boss of me :)

    Dec 19 I am able to manage cravings.
    Dec 20 I am maintaining my weight successfully.
    Dec 21 I am a morning walker!
    Dec 22 I am eating responsibly today.
    Dec 23 I am focused on figuring out how to make it easy to maintain my weight.
    Dec 24 I am eating half of what I order when I eat out.
    Dec 25 I am eating less & feeling satisfied.
    Dec 26 I am getting day by day at managing what I eat when I’m not at home.
    Dec 27 I am filled with awe by microscopic reflected landscapes inverted in a drop of few at the end of a new redwood leaf bud.
    Dec 28 I am resilient & strong & I can solve this.
    Dec 29 I am committed to being healthy.
